I am a third-year osteopathic medical student at the Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine with research interests in radiation oncology, artificial intelligence, and clinical informatics. My work focuses on evaluating the reliability of large language models for clinical evidence retrieval through gold-standard validation methodologies, with an emphasis on randomized clinical trials investigating low-dose radiation therapy for osteoarthritis. This research examines the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reproducibility of AI-generated evidence to better define the role of artificial intelligence in evidence-based medicine.
Outside of research, I have served in national and institutional leadership roles, including as Vice President and National Liaison for the Student Osteopathic Medical Association chapter at the Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine and as National Public Relations Committee Chair for SOMA. My interests include advancing interdisciplinary collaboration, medical education, and the responsible integration of emerging technologies into healthcare.
