ASTRO PAC

North Lobby

ASTRO’s political action committee (PAC) pod allows members to find information on ASTRO’s advocacy and political giving, contribute on site and charge their electronic devices. ASTRO PAC provides ASTRO with the opportunity to more fully participate in the political process and ensure our members’ voices are being heard by key policymakers on Capitol Hill. ASTRO Private Interview Rooms

Private interview rooms are available for rent. These rooms are ideal if you have multiple interviews to conduct or prefer to interview applicants in a private setting. A limited number of private interview rooms are available for three-hour periods. For more information, contact Todd Karstaedt.  On site, stop by the ASTRO Resource Center located in North Lobby to check availability.

ASTRO Resource Center

ASTRO representatives will be available to answer questions about the Annual Meeting, ASTRO membership, continuing education, MOC requirements, session and meeting evaluations and provide information on any of ASTRO’s products and services. They can also offer assistance with the Annual Meeting Portal.

There is a FedEx Office located on the first floor inside the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center that provides a one-stop shop for printing and shipping needs.

Faculty/VIP Office

Room 103

Faculty members and VIPs should check in at the Faculty/VIP Office to pick up registration materials and receive last-minute updates and program changes. The Faculty/VIP Office is conveniently located next to the Speaker Ready Room. Faculty and VIPs are welcome in the Faculty/VIP Office throughout the meeting.

Luggage and coat check will be available at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center, located in Room 105.

Rooms 104B and 104C

Registered media professionals are provided with press materials and access to cover ASTRO’s 2026 Annual Meeting. ASTRO news briefings will highlight abstracts presented at the Annual Meeting and topical issues that impact cancer care. Nursing Lounge

Room 150

A Nursing Lounge is available in Room 150 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center. The Nursing Lounge provides a dedicated space with three private nursing rooms and a refrigerator.  Access to the Nursing Lounge will be available Saturday through Wednesday on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have questions during the meeting, please stop by the ASTRO Resource Center located in the North Lobby of the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center.

Speed of Light-the ASTRO Foundation Booth

North Lobby 

Visit the Speed of Light-the ASTRO Foundation booth, located in the North Lobby, to hear about the ASTRO Foundation and its research programs, to view the names of the generous donors to the ASTRO Foundation and to learn about the impact of giving to the ASTRO Foundation. Opportunities to meet ASTRO Foundation researchers, members of the ASTRO Foundation Board of Trustees and others who support the ASTRO Foundation will be available at the booth. Stop by to learn how you can support research that improves outcomes for patients and enhances the radiation oncology field.

Parking

There is no on-site parking offered at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center. Exhibitors and attendees are encouraged to use public parking facilities around the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center. Parking regulations are heavily enforced in the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center’s surrounding residential areas.

Speaker Ready Room

Room 102

Faculty members and abstract presenters should upload their PowerPoint presentations in advance of their sessions through the online Speaker Center by Friday, September 25, at 12:00 p.m., Eastern time. To ensure presentations have been properly uploaded, faculty members and abstract presenters MUST check in at the Speaker Ready Room upon arrival to the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center  to review their presentation and make any last-minute edits. Presentations received less than 24 hours prior to presentation are at risk of having AV difficulties that are outside of our control.

ASTRO Communities Lounge

Northwest Lobby B1, Level 1

This is a networking space for all where diverse experiences and perspectives are valued. Meeting attendees wishing to connect, take a break or hold informal group meetups in a supportive environment are welcome. Special sessions will also be scheduled in the lounge at various times throughout the conference.

ASTRO Early Career and Mentoring Lounge

Northeast Lobby B1, Level 1

Experience the Early Career and Mentoring Lounge at the 2026 ASTRO Annual Meeting. The Lounge is a networking space for Early Career members to relax, connect with peers and meet for one-on-one mentoring. Don't miss the incredible programming offered this year.
