ASTRO PAC
South Lobby
ASTRO’s political action committee (PAC) pod allows members to find information on ASTRO’s advocacy and political giving, contribute on site and charge their electronic devices. ASTRO PAC provides ASTRO with the opportunity to more fully participate in the political process and ensure our members’ voices are being heard by key policymakers on Capitol Hill. ASTRO Private Interview Rooms
Private interview rooms are available for rent. These rooms are ideal if you have multiple interviews to conduct or prefer to interview applicants in a private setting. A limited number of private interview rooms are available for three-hour periods. For more information, contact Todd Karstaedt. On site, stop by the ASTRO Resource Center located in South Lobby to check availability.
ASTRO Resource Center

ASTRO representatives will be available to answer questions about the Annual Meeting, ASTRO membership, continuing education, MOC requirements, session and meeting evaluations and provide information on any of ASTRO’s products and services. They can also offer assistance with the Annual Meeting Portal.

Room 101
Faculty members and VIPs should check in at the Faculty/VIP Office to pick up registration materials and receive last-minute updates and program changes. The Faculty/VIP Office is conveniently located next to the Speaker Ready Room. Faculty and VIPs are welcome in the Faculty/VIP Office throughout the meeting.

Nursing Lounge
Room 117
A Nursing Lounge is available in Room 117 at the Moscone Center. The Nursing Lounge provides a dedicated space with two private nursing rooms and a refrigerator. Access to the Nursing Lounge will be available Saturday through Wednesday on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have questions during the meeting, please stop by the ASTRO Resource Center located in the South Lobby of the Moscone Center.
ROI Booth
South Lobby
Visit the Radiation Oncology Institute (ROI) booth, located in the South Lobby, to hear about the ROI and its research programs, to view the names of the generous donors to the ROI and to learn about the impact of giving to the ROI. Opportunities to meet ROI researchers, members of the ROI Board of Trustees and others who support the ROI will be available at the booth. Stop by to learn how you can support research that improves outcomes for patients and enhances the radiation oncology field.

There is no on-site parking offered at the Moscone Center. Exhibitors and attendees are encouraged to use public parking facilities around the Moscone Center. Parking regulations are heavily enforced in the Moscone Center’s surrounding residential areas.

Speaker Ready Room
Room 102/103
Faculty members and abstract presenters should upload their PowerPoint presentations in advance of their sessions through the online Speaker Center by Friday, September 26, at 12:00 p.m., Pacific time. To ensure presentations have been properly uploaded, faculty members and abstract presenters MUST check in at the Speaker Ready Room upon arrival to the Moscone Center to review their presentation and make any last-minute edits. Presentations received less than 24 hours prior to presentation are at risk of having AV difficulties that are outside of our control.
