For questions related to the Annual Meeting Portal while on site in Boston, please stop by the ASTRO Resource Center in the North Lobby of the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center to speak with ASTRO staff.

Disclosure of Vested Interest

In an effort to increase transparency and easy access to all disclosures, speakers’ disclosures will be available on their speaker profiles and will be displayed at the beginning of their presentations. In addition, disclosure information for planners, committees, session & abstract reviewers, faculty, and presenters can be found on the 2026 Annual Meeting website. Disclosure information will not be printed in paper versions of the meeting materials.
