Albert Attia, MD is a Professor of Radiation Oncology and Residency Program Director at Mayo Clinic Florida. He specializes in the treatment of genitourinary cancers, central nervous system tumors and benign musculoskeletal disease. He is past president of the Association for Directors of Radiation Oncology Programs (ADROP) and he is the Education Committee advisor for the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology. Dr. Attia is actively involved in clinical trial development for prostate cancer and more specifically, he is interested in exploring the intersection of radiotherapy for benign causes in patients undergoing cancer treatment.
