Dr. Alexandra Dreyfuss is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Miami / Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her clinical and academic focus is in hematologic malignancies and breast cancer. Originally from Miami, Florida, she completed her undergraduate studies and medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and conducted research in the oncologic applications of molecular imaging, clinical trial design, and advanced radiation technologies. While in medical school she completed a Master of Science in Translational Research, investigating radiation-induced cardiotoxicity as an NIH TL1 grant recipient. She completed her transitional year internship and radiation oncology residency at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
