Dulcce Valenzuela holds a BS and MS in Bioengineering and has published research in Advanced Materials. Her work has largely focused on understanding the properties of laser-induced graphene and piezo polymers for the development of flexible and wearable ultrasound devices. Her area of interest spans the development of advanced materials for radiation protection in clinic and in extreme environments, including space exploration. Outside of research, Dulcce enjoys weightlifting and creating art.
