Dr. Zhang-Velten is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, serving USC’s Orange County locations at Newport Beach and Buena Park. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She completed her MD and PhD at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center; her PhD thesis focused on the use of quantitative image analysis to study MAP kinase signaling in cell migration. She stayed at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center for her residency in Radiation Oncology.
