Emily Smith, MD is a resident (PGY-3) in Radiation Oncology at Stanford University. She completed her undergraduate studies in Applied Mathematics-Biology at Brown University followed by medical school at Carle Illinois College of Medicine (University of Illinois). She has prior experience in neuro-oncology research, studying novel chemotherapeutics and radiosensitizers for glioblastoma and brain metastases. She continues with clinical research in CNS radiation oncology while in residency.
