Fahad Tahir serves as President and CEO of Ascension Saint Thomas, a leading health system with 18 hospitals and more than 325 sites of care based in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and as President and CEO of Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown and West.
Tahir’s leadership focuses on advancing a culture of trust and collaboration with physicians, care teams, health plans and other community stakeholders. He also serves on several industry and nonprofit boards, including the United Way of Greater Nashville, the American Heart Association, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, Williamson, Inc., the Tennessee Hospital Association, the American Hospital Association Regional Board, the Catholic Health Association and the Nashville Health Care Council.
