Dr. François de Kermenguy is a Medical Physics Resident at Harvard Medical School and in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He earned his Ph.D. in Medical Physics from Université Paris-Saclay and Gustave Roussy Cancer Center in Villejuif, France, in 2024. His doctoral research focused on developing in-silico models to assess radiation doses to circulating lymphocytes during radiotherapy, with the goal of reducing radiation-induced lymphopenia and enabling future radiotherapy/immunotherapy combinations. Following his Ph.D., Dr. de Kermenguy began a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, focused on improving motion management with a novel on-board dual-layer imager.
