Dr Gerry Adams is a consultant radiation oncologist at GenesisCare in Bundaberg, Queensland. With extensive expertise spanning a broad spectrum of tumor streams and advanced radiotherapy techniques, he is instrumental in expanding regional care and clinical trial initiatives, including serving as an investigator on the C-POST trial. Nationally, Dr Adams serves as a board member of the Trans Tasmin Radiation oncology Group (TROG), a past Dean of the Faculty of Radiation Oncology and RANZCR board member and Chair of the Maori, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Empowerment Committee (MATEC), actively championing healthcare equity and improved cancer outcomes for underserved and Indigenous populations.
