Dr. Yin is a radiation oncologist, Professor, and Director of the 4th Thoracic Radiation Oncology Ward at Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital. As a doctoral supervisor, he is an awardee of the Xiangjiang Scholar Program and the Excellent Youth Foundation of Heilongjiang Province, and is recognized as a Class E high-level talent of Heilongjiang Province. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging and master’s degree in Oncology from Harbin Medical University, and obtained his PhD in Oncology from Wuhan University. He has built his career at Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital, advancing from resident physician to full professor via exceptional academic promotion, with deep expertise in precision radiation therapy and comprehensive management of thoracic malignancies. His research focuses on the biological mechanisms of radiation resistance, tumor immune microenvironment, and combined radio-immunotherapy. He has served as principal investigator for 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects and over 10 provincial grants, with high-impact publications in Nature Communications, Cancer Research , and Advanced Science.
