Himanshu Nagar, MD, MS

Himanshu Nagar, MD, MS, is the Director of Genitourinary Cancers in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. As a radiation oncologist and clinical trialist, Dr. Nagar leads efforts to tailor radiotherapy using advanced imaging, novel treatment modalities, and biomarker-driven approaches. His research focuses on identifying predictors of radiation resistance and response, and evaluating the synergistic effects of radiation in combination with systemic therapies. Dr. Nagar serves as a national leader in genitourinary cancer clinical research, spearheading numerous international, multi-institutional, and investigator-initiated trials designed to advance the standard of care.
