Jia-Xuan Yang, MS, is a first-year doctoral student in clinical medicine in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the National Cancer Center / National Clinical Research Center for Cancer / Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College in Beijing, China. Her clinical and research interests focus on radiation oncology, particularly head and neck cancers, hypofractionated radiotherapy, geriatric oncology, and treatment-related toxicities. Her current work explores individualized radiotherapy strategies for elderly patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, with an emphasis on improving treatment feasibility, tumor response, and tolerability.
