I am a medical imaging scientist at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I have more than 14 years of experience in medical image acquisition and processing, particularly specialized in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Since I joined Radiation Oncology department at St. Jude in 2011, I have performed several research projects which include MRI-guided radiation therapy and longitudinal studies on radiation-induced changes in normal brain. My recent interests include generating deep learning-based synthetic CT for adaptive proton therapy. Besides research, I have provided clinical services such as periodic quality assurance on MRI systems and instructing radiation therapists. I have extensive computational skills for image post-processing and experiences in pulse sequence programming.
