I am a radiation oncologist and Assistant Professor at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. My clinical practice and research are focused on cancers of the gastrointestinal tract as well as sarcoma and central nervous system malignancies. I have an interest in using techniques such as stereotactic radiation, intraoperative electron radiation, and proton beam.


I am a member of the ASTRO Rectal Cancer Guideline Task Force and served as Work Group Lead for Key Question #1. I am also serving on the Veterans Administration blue ribbon panel for quality metrics in rectal cancer.


I am currently an abstract reviewer for the ASTRO Annual Meeting in the Sarcoma/Cutaneous Malignancies Track and have previously served terms as the Track Chair and Associate Track Chair. I have previously served as a junior investigator on the NCI task forces for pancreas and rectal-anal cancers. Within Mayo Clinic, I am Clinical Co-Chair for the 3-site institutional Esophageal-Gastric Disease Group. I am also involved in education as the Radiation Oncology Residency Program Director for the Arizona program.
