Dr Mandana Kamgar is a board-certified medical oncologist, Associate Professor of Medicine, and the Joel and Arlene Lee Chair of Pancreatic Cancer Research, with a secondary appointment in the Department of Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). Her clinical practice is devoted to caring for patients with pancreatic cancer, and her academic program focuses on developing and leading clinical trials and translational studies in this disease. As a pancreatic oncologist and clinical investigator, she is committed to defining the molecular biology of pancreatic tumors and translating these insights into personalized, biomarker-driven therapies.Her contributions have established a translational research program at the intersection of precision oncology and pancreatic cancer biology, with a particular focus on KRAS allele-specific signaling and molecularly guided therapy selection in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) at the MCW.
