Mandy Hill, Managing Director of Academic Publishing at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, is responsible for the quality, performance and strategic direction of publishing worldwide across the breadth of the Press’s Academic portfolio. In this role Mandy is leading the Open Research transformation programme and the ongoing model innovation across higher education products and services, including the development of online courses. Mandy is also champion for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging for CUP&A.
She is currently President of the past-Publishers Association (UK) and has previously been a Board member of the STM Association.
Mandy joined the Press in 2014 from Oxford University Press, where she had worked for over 15 years. Previously, she had also worked at Elsevier and briefly at a medical communications agency. Mandy graduated from the University of Bath in 1991.
