Dr. Michael Oertel graduated from Muenster Medical School (Germany) in 2015 with a doctoral thesis on molecular neurobiology. He received his residency tranining at the University Hospital Muenster in the Department of Dr. Hans Eich and is a board-certified radiation oncologist. At the moment, he is managing senior physician in the Department of Radiation Oncology. His primary research interests are malignant lymphoma and leukemia, lung cancer and medical didactics. He is dedicated to a continuing individualization and risk-stratification of treatment strategies.
