Mohamad El-Jammal is a postdoctoral fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut (AUB) in 2024, graduating in the top quartile of his class and being inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. His first experiences with cancer care came as a volunteer at the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon. After completing medical school, he conducted research on hematologic and breast malignancies before beginning his fellowship at MD Anderson. Under the mentorship of Dr. Caroline Chung, he now leads and collaborates on projects in neuro-oncology, imaging heterogeneity, and machine learning. He will be participating in the 2025–2026 radiation oncology residency match cycle.
