Mohammad Khan, MD, PhD
Dr Khan is a professor and vice chair for education in the Department of Radiation Oncology in the Emory University School of Medicine. Dr Khan is board certified radiation oncologist and specializes in the treatment of lymphoma, multiple myeloma, skin (melanoma, squamous cell, basal cell, merkel cell), pediatric cancer.
Dr. Khans lab continues to be actively engaged in a wide variety of cancer related research, including designing new prospective clinical trials, enrolling patients on existing national trials, developing patient outcome databases, and developing new engineering solutions to improve existing radiotherapy techniques. Dr Khan currently holds several patents and his work has been highlighted in major national and international media outlets. Dr Khan is nationally and internationally recognized expert and has published extensively in high impact journals.
