Nahid Howard, MS

Nahid Howard is a 4th-year medical student at Western University of Health Sciences and a Master of Public Health candidate at The George Washington University. She is committed to advancing health equity through translational oncology research, advocacy, and teaching. She has received multiple honors, including the 2024 ASCO Conquer Cancer Medical Student Rotation Award and the Oliver Goldsmith, MD Scholarship from Kaiser Permanente. Her research spans precision oncology, diagnostic innovation, and health disparities, with collaborations at Stanford, City of Hope, and Providence. Nahid also serves in leadership and teaching roles, preparing the next generation of physicians while pursuing a career in radiation oncology.
