Neil Newman, MD, MS, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Radiation Oncology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he serves as Program Director for the Radiation Oncology Residency Program. He specializes in gastrointestinal and thoracic malignancies, with particular expertise in hepatobiliary cancers and advanced radiation techniques including stereotactic body radiation therapy and proton therapy. His research focuses on integrating radiation therapy with novel systemic therapies, functional imaging, and personalized treatment strategies to improve outcomes for patients with gastrointestinal cancers.
