Paola Gehrig, MD

Dr. Paola Gehrig completed her undergraduate and medical school training at the University of Florida after which she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Virginia. This was followed by fellowship training in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Upon completion of her fellowship in 2000, she stayed on as faculty, was promoted to full professor with tenure and became Division Director of Gynecologic Oncology in 2010. She has just accepted the Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology position at the University of Virginia.
