Pei Wang

Pei Wang is a radiation physicist at the Radiotherapy Center, Department of Oncology, Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She received her Master’s degree from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Army Medical University, with a focus on dosimetry.
She has seven years of clinical experience in radiation oncology. Her work focuses on radiotherapy planning and implementation for common malignancies, including lung cancer, breast cancer, head and neck cancer, and prostate cancer, as well as quality assurance and quality control of medical linear accelerators.
She serves as a member of several professional committees, including the Physics Technology Group of the Radiation Oncology Branch of the Chongqing Medical Association, the Radiation Oncology Physics Technology Committee of the Chongqing Medical Biotechnology Association, the Precision Diagnosis and Treatment Committee of the Chongqing Medical Biotechnology Association, the Medical Imaging Technology Committee of the Chongqing Medical Association, and the Radiation Protection Committee of the Chongqing Anti-Cancer Association.
She has led and participated in four provincial and ministerial-level research projects. She contributed to the book Digital Intelligent Radiotherapy, serving as the principal author of Chapter 5, and co-authored the Chinese Expert Consensus on Combined Immunotherapy and Radiotherapy for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (2024 edition), contributing to chapters on quality control and radiation-induced lung injury. She has published nine academic papers, including one as first author and four SCI-indexed papers as corresponding author.
