Sang Min Lee, MD, is a radiation oncology resident at Seoul National University Hospital in Seoul, Republic of Korea. His clinical interests include head and neck cancer, gynecologic cancer, breast cancer, hepatic cancer and the application of radiotherapy in multidisciplinary cancer care. He received his medical degree from Korea University College of Medicine and is currently completing his residency training in radiation oncology at Seoul National University Hospital. His research focuses on body composition analysis, sarcopenia, treatment-related outcomes, and prognostic factors in patients undergoing radiotherapy. He has participated in clinical studies evaluating automated volumetric muscle assessment in patients with head and neck cancer, as well as research on early-stage endometrial cancer, adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast, hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombosis. His work aims to improve risk stratification and treatment outcomes through the integration of clinical, imaging, and pathologic data.
