Shayla Murray is a third-year medical student at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Princeton University. Prior to matriculating into medical school, she served as a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Ms. Murray is currently a student researcher in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working under the mentorship of Dr. Gustav Cederquist and Dr. Brandon Imber. Her research focuses on central nervous system lymphoma, with particular interest in the role of radiation therapy in disease control and treatment outcomes.
