Hello! My name is Shuchi Sehgal and I am a current Radiation Oncology resident at the Johns Hopkins Hospitals. My work for the last 8 years has been focused in understanding and improving practice patterns for pancreatic cancer under Dr. Amol Narang. I completed my undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins, majoring in Public Health, with a focus on understanding legal and psychosocial barriers to accessing healthcare within metropolitan cities and maternal-fetal transmission of HIV in rural Uganda. My current research interests include intraoperative radiation therapy, targeted therapy and further characterizing the role of neoadjuvant chemoradiation in management of pancreatic cancer.
