Dr. Simran is a final year MD Radiation Oncology Resident at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS) Raipur, India. She completed her MBBS at AIIMS Raipur, graduating with distinction in Pathology, and has since gained extensive training in Radiation Oncology.

She has authored multiple publications and presented her work at national and international conferences, notably the ESTRO meets Asia Annual Congress (2024) and the Indian Cancer Congress (2023). Her MD thesis compares hypofractionated and conventional radiotherapy in High Grade Gliomas.

She also collaborates with Global Neurosurgical Alliance on projects studying meningiomas, glioblastoma therapies and neuroinflammation imaging. She is also an active member of ASTRO, ESMO, ASCO and AROI, and has received awards for academic and conference contributions.

Her career is focused on advancing evidence-based, patient-centered oncology with particular interest in neuro-oncology and brain tumor research.
