Dr. Te-Min Ke is a resident physician in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Chi-Mei Medical Center in Tainan, Taiwan. She earned her PhD in Epidemiology from the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health at The University of Manchester (UK), where her doctoral research focused on developing a personalized prevention approach for pancreatic cancer.
Dr. Ke’s primary research interests include large-scale cohort analyses (e.g., UK Biobank), genome-wide association studies, polygenic risk scoring, epigenetic ageing measures, exploring causal relationships through Mendelian randomization, and radiation therapy–related cancer research, especially the application of immune-related biomarkers in cancer prognosis. She has led the development of web-based risk calculators and dynamic nomograms for pancreatic cancer in collaboration with the UK community for personalized cancer prevention programs.
