Dr. Lei is a PhD candidate in Oncology at Wuhan University. During her graduate training, she has received multiple scholarships and personal honors in recognition of her academic excellence and research contributions. She has published several first-author papers in leading journals including Journal of Neuroinflammation, Expert Review of Molecular Medicine, Journal of Medical Virology, and so on. In addition, she has also participated in high-impact articles published in Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, Cancer Communications (London), and Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research. Dr. Lei’s research focuses on deciphering the tumor immune microenvironment, with particular emphasis on using single-cell sequencing technologies to investigate immune microenvironmental alterations during tumor initiation and progression, changes before and after treatment, and the impact of these changes on therapeutic efficacy. Her work further aims to elucidate the underlying mechanisms of tumor–immune interactions and identify novel therapeutic targets.
