Tracy Xue is an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator at Stanford Medicine, where her work focuses on translational research at the intersection of radiation oncology, cancer biology, and artificial intelligence. Her research interests include applying computational and biologically informed approaches to better characterize treatment response and improve the precision of radiation therapy. Her current work explores the use of graph neural networks to model complex clinical and molecular cancer data, with the goal of improving the prediction and interpretation of patient outcomes. More broadly, she is interested in integrating artificial intelligence, quantitative imaging, and translational cancer research to develop clinically relevant tools for personalized radiation therapy. Tracy received her Master of Science degree from UCLA. Prior to joining Stanford, she contributed to investigative toxicology research at Genentech, mechanobiology research at Forcyte Biotechnologies, and neurodegenerative disease research at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Her work reflects a broader interest in translating emerging computational and biomedical technologies into clinically meaningful applications in oncology.
