Dr. Lu is an Attending Physicist in the Department of Medical Physics at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). He is certified in Therapeutic Radiologic Physics by the American Board of Radiology and works across all aspects of radiotherapy physics. He leads the GI physics team and is a member of the motion management team.
Dr. Lu received his PhD in biological engineering from the University of Missouri. He completed postdoctoral training and a medical physics residency at Washington University, then worked at the University of Maryland for six years.
His research focuses on image-guided radiation therapy and motion management.
