Dr. Kim Woo Hyoung is a board-certified nuclear medicine physician and Medical Director of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs at DAWONMEDAX CO., LTD. He leads comprehensive clinical development initiatives from Phase I to Phase II studies, including protocol design, regulatory agency interactions, and clinical trial management. Dr. Kim received his MD from Hallym University in 2009 and completed his PhD in Medicine at Wonkwang University, where his research focused on novel folate receptor-targeted molecular imaging agents. He is a recipient of the Young Investigators Award from the Korean Society of Nuclear Medicine in 2014. Prior to his current role, Dr. Kim served as Clinical Research Physician at Samsung Bioepis, directing biosimilar development strategies and leading global Phase III trials in oncology and ophthalmology. He has held clinical positions at Seoul National University Hospital, Chonbuk National University Hospital, and Wonkwang University Hospital, specializing in nuclear medicine imaging, PET/CT interpretation, and radioiodine therapies. Dr. Kim has authored over 18 peer-reviewed publications and holds 2 patent applications in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. His research encompasses radiopharmaceutical development, albumin-based nanoplatforms for drug delivery, and clinical applications of nuclear medicine techniques in oncology.
