Dr. Gong is a member of the Comprehensive Cancer Treatment Team at the Pulmonary Hospital. She has been selected for the Shanghai Talent Development Fund and the Pulmonary Hospital’s Outstanding Backbone Programme. She also serves as Secretary of the Youth Committee of the Radiation Oncology Specialised Committee of the Shanghai Medical Association; Member of the Stereotactic Radiotherapy Specialised Committee of the China Lung Cancer Prevention and Control Alliance; Member of the Brain Metastasis Specialised Committee of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association; Member of the Youth Committee of the Radiation Therapy Specialised Committee of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association; and Member of the Minimally Invasive Cancer Treatment Specialised Committee of the Shanghai Branch of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine. Member of the Lung Cancer Committee of the Shanghai Association of Female Physicians; Member of the Committee on Radiation Oncology of the China Medical Education Association; and Member of the Committee on Lung Cancer Medical Education of the China Medical Education Association. She has initiated numerous clinical studies, focusing on research into radiation resistance and the tumour microenvironment, brain metastases in lung cancer, targeted therapy for lung cancer, and the combination of radiotherapy with immunotherapy for lung cancer. Her primary research interests encompass oncology; radiotherapy; radiation resistance in tumours and the immune microenvironment; brain metastases in lung cancer; targeted therapy for lung cancer; and the combination of radiotherapy and immunotherapy for lung cancer.
