Dr. Luo is a oncologist specializing in the comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal and genitourinary cancers, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy. He serves as the Vice Chair of the Youth Committee of Oncology within the Chongqing Medical Association and hold membership in the Radiotherapy Group of the Glioma Committee under the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Thoracic Oncology Radiotherapy Branch of the Beijing Society for Precision Radiation Medicine. Dr. Luo was a jointly-trained Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Davis. He is the Principal Investigator of a grant from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Program) and a grant from the Chongqing Natural Science Foundation (General Program). His research findings has been published in leading international journals including Nature Communications, Theranostics, and the Journal of Controlled Release.
