Adedayo is a Clinical Radiation Oncologist and Director of Clinical Research at the NSIA–LUTH Cancer Center, one of Nigeria’s leading oncology institutions where she established and continues to lead the country’s first Pediatric Radiation Oncology Program. She chairs the pediatric tumor board and leads the multidisciplinary programs for pediatric, lung and brain tumors. Her clinical leadership extends to leadership of the first Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) and Total Body Irradiation (TBI) programs in Nigeria. Adedayo chairs the Radiotherapy Special Interest Group of the African Organization for Research and Training in Cancer (AORTIC); and serves on the Nigerian National Cancer Control Plan Committee and the Advisory Board of the African Cancer Coalition. A fellow of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and active member of the International Pediatric Radiation Oncology Society (PROS), Adedayo has contributed to global oncology collaborations including the Women Leaders in Pediatric Oncology (WLPO) initiative of SIOP and the Africa Cancer Research and Control ECHO. Adedayo’s career integrates clinical excellence with health systems development, research capacity building, and regional oncology training, bridging global expertise with local impact in sub-Saharan Africa.
