Alyssa Adelizzi, MSN, CRNP, ACHPN is a nurse practitioner in the Department of Radiation Oncology with the Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania. Her specific focus is within the palliative and spine radiation services. Initially graduating from Salisbury University in 2010, she went on to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing from Villanova University in 2016. Prior to her role with Penn’s Radiation Oncology program, she was an active provider in Penn’s home-based hospice and palliative care teams as well as spending time at the former inpatient-hospice unit. She was the recipient of Penn’s Department of Radiation Oncology 6th Annual Medical Resident APP Mentorship Award in June 2025. Alyssa’s expertise and focus remain in the evaluation and management of complex spinal and osseous metastases, helping to improve communication and quality of life in patients with metastatic cancer.
