John Wilson V is a third-year medical student at the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine. He is currently a member of the International Medicine Scholarly Concentration Program. John has been a Research Associate in the Department of Radiation Oncology at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute since 2024 under the mentorship of Dr. Roberto Diaz. He also does research appointment at the Centre d’Expertise Mort Subite in Paris, France. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Anthropological Archaeology from the University of Central Florida. John is a certified industrial welder, a competitive dancer, and a notary public. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Welding Society, and the National Speleological Society.
