MODERATOR(S)

Chi Lin, MD, PhD, MS - University of Nebraska Medical Center

session DESCRIPTION

This session explores the global challenges and disparities in pediatric radiation therapy, focusing on the disproportionate burden of childhood cancer morbidity and mortality in low- and middle-income countries. Distinguished speakers from Africa, Belgium, Egypt and China will highlight the successes and persistent obstacles in clinical care, education and research within their respective regions. The session aims to foster awareness of these inequities, inspire collaborative efforts to address them, and encourage practical strategies for resource-limited settings.
