Wenke Hu is a PhD student at Fudan University. Her research focuses on biomedical physics, microdosimetry, and biophysical modeling for advanced radiotherapy, particularly boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT). She is particularly interested in developing mechanistic models that incorporate subcellular boron heterogeneity and microdosimetric spectra to improve the evaluation of compound biological effectiveness (CBE). Her work aims to integrate Monte Carlo simulations, cellular geometry modeling, and microdosimetric kinetic models to support more accurate biological dose planning in BNCT. At ASTRO, she looks forward to sharing her research and engaging with experts in radiation oncology and medical physics.
