Dr. Xiao Wei, MD, MAS, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute specializing in the care of patients with genitourinary malignancies. Her research focuses on developing innovative therapeutic strategies for advanced prostate cancer, with particular emphasis on immunotherapy and radiopharmaceutical therapies. Formally trained in clinical research, she has served as principal investigator on multiple prospective clinical trials spanning first-in-human phase 1 studies through registrational phase 3 trials. Dr. Wei has received multiple foundation and industry-sponsored research awards to support clinical development as well as translational studies that integrate prospective tumor tissue and blood biospecimen collection with advanced molecular analyses to elucidate the biological mechanisms underlying treatment response and resistance.
