Dr. Xu is a research assistant in the Department of Radiation Oncology & Imaging Physics at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC) in Houston, Texas. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Soochow University and pursued a master’s degree in Oncology at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center, where she also completed her residency training. Dr. Xu has a focused academic career in radiotherapy for thoracic cancer, with a particular emphasis on Immunotherapy-Stereotactic Ablative Body Radiotherapy (I-SABR) and AI-related interdisciplinary research since joining MDACC in 2023.
