The ceremony continues with the formal induction of the 2026 Class of ASTRO Fellows, recognizing members for their sustained service, leadership and commitment to both ASTRO and the radiation oncology community. The ceremony culminates with the presentation of the ASTRO Gold Medal, the Society's highest honor, awarded to an individual whose extraordinary lifetime achievements have shaped the specialty and advanced patient care worldwide.
