session DESCRIPTION

The ASTRO Aspiring Scientists and Physicians Program is a free student workshop designed to introduce high school, undergraduate, graduate and medical students to the diverse career pathways within radiation oncology. This interactive program will feature a career pathways panel, fast-paced mentoring sessions, and a networking lunch with physicians, residents, medical physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists and fellow students. Participants will gain real-world insights into the field, learn about training routes and career opportunities, and connect with mentors who can help guide their next steps. Students may attend in person or virtually. Pre-registration is required. For more information, email community@astro.org.
